We do not sell or trade personal data. Disclosure is made only under limited circumstances, such as to Personal Information Processors (PIPs) who assist in delivering our services under strict confidentiality obligations and in accordance with the law; when required or authorized by law, regulation, or legal process; or when necessary to protect the lawful rights and interests of Spin Score Solutions Inc., our stakeholders, or the public.

Personal information will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy or as required by applicable laws and regulations. Once the retention period has expired, data will be securely disposed of in accordance with the guidelines of the National Privacy Commission.
